Commissioned by Live Theatre, Newcastle, and performed in June 2015 and February 2016, Red Is The New Blue was a co-devised poetry play about going to Mars forever.

Inspired by the Mars One project, the story followed three ordinary citizens as they tried to put up with each others company on an increasingly fraught journey through space.
